Just for the records.
As @Ap4uuk can’t reply yet, I’ve been talking with him and the issue has been resolved, for some reason there have duplicated lines related to hestia_openssl_sect in /etc/ssl/openssl.cnf file:
Once @Ap4uuk removed the duplicated lines, dovecot started to work fine again.

I confirm, I removed duplicate lines, normalized the config, everything began to work correctly.
