[SOLVED] All websites link to /var/www/html/ after upgrade

After the Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS upgrade (in which nginx and php 7.4 upgrade was included), all the domain on my server are loading from /var/www/html/.
The mistake was mine as during upgrade, I gave permission to install new config files of nginx or may be some other.

Now is it possible to fix it? or I have to install everything again.
Thanks in advance.

Check if Nginx.conf has not updated accedently /usr/local/hestia/install/deb/nginx/nginx.conf is the correct one…

Dear @eris … thanks you so much for your prompt response and solution that works.
I have copied the said file to /etc/nginx and restart the server.
