Awstats Error 500

When I activate the statistics putting a username and password, when I go to enter I get ERROR 500.

Where exactly you got that 500 internal? In the backend/interface or awstats itself? Have you checked the related logs?

I put Username and Password and it already returns ERROR 500.

What logs should I look at?

Where do you put username and password? Please be a bit more informative, write step by step what you’re doing. Logs depends where the error occures.

I enter the Hestia panel, I go to the domain, I activate the statistics and I put a username and password, and I click Save.

www.*********.com/stats/

I get an alert to put the username and password, I put them …

… the following is Error 500

Check /var/log/nginx/domains/ and then the error log of the domain

If you have Nginx + Apache it will be /var/log/apache2/domains

The awstats folder does not exist but stats
