Backup failed due to mysql dump

Check contents of /usr/local/data/users/user.conf

I just checked /usr/local/hestia/data/users/fatih/user.conf
It looks fine to me. What should I check specifically?
I believe the problem is in the last line in log: Error: Connection to localhost failed
I didn’t change database password lately, by the way.

Oops, my apologies.
I just remembered I changed the database charset lately, from utf8 to utf8mb4.

And it now works?

We do a check for the current database size in:

And for some reasons it fails to connect.

@eris You are right. I deleted the exclusion, it works perfect now. Nothing wrong with utf8mb4.
Something weird is happening in the backup exclusion.

You had an backup exclusion active?

Yes. I had backup exclusion: [files.********.com:public_html]
It was working fine before. Backup file is 1.2GB without exclusion. When I use the exclusion it is only 250MB.
