Creating a new subdomain was successful on the Hestia panel.

But the new website can’t be view on the browser because the target site took too long to respond and the connection timed out.

You can try to access your own IP address. If the IP address can be accessed normally, provide a log to view the cause

Other domains are visible. Where are the logs?

The first thing you must do is check whether the domain is pointing to your server’s IP address or, if it is using a CDN, ensure that the CDN is also pointing to your server.

yeah, the ‘web’ has an

  • application log
  • error log

That’s the first place I’d look
