Dns domains and dns records are not displayed in the interface

Hestiacp version 1.3.3. OS Debian 10.

For the user, there are domains and DNS records. In the upper part of the interface, the number of domains and records for the DNS is displayed, but when you click on the table with records and domains, it opens empty. The templates for the DNS were not changed. What could be the problem?

Please check /usr/local/hestia/data/users/{user}/dns.conf and
/usr/local/hestia/data/users/{user}/dns/

When transferring a user from VestaCP, the DNS record for the Cyrillic domain was imported. The first line of the dns.conf file had the form:

DOMAIN='учимонлайн.рф' IP='---cut---' TPL='default' TTL='14400' EXP='2020-11-03' SOA='---cut---' SERIAL='2021021602' RECORDS='4' SUSPENDED='no' TIME='12:10:51' DATE='2021-02-14'

After deleting this domain via v-delete-dns-domain, the remaining records were displayed in the interface.
