Does not create DNS dkim automatically

I have created a domain and I have not marked the DNS and mail option, now I want it to have DNS and email support and they have been created well but the domain’s DKIM registry has not created it, how can I make it create it?

Enable mail option for that domain other wise it is not possible to create an DKIM record as it is a feature within exim

I have had to disable and enable it several times and in the end it was created successfully!
