Domain is redirecting to non-https version

So I am using Cloudflare and handling all the redirects via Cloudflare. But every time the domain redirects to https:// and then back to the http:// version.

The .htaccess file is clean. I’m unsure where else this could be getting the non-http redirection from. I’m assuming some config file somewhere?

Resolved it. Looks like I selected the local IP vs the public IP when creating the site in the HestiaCP. Rookie mistake.
