Edit Cron Screen CSS malfunction

Just tried to edit a cron job, and got a pretty funky flashing unusable interface. Possibly just my browser (Linux, latest Chrome), but possibly something to investigate. Anyone else seeing this?

The latest. Also I should mention it happend on two servers, so unlikely to be a cache issue
