[FEATURE] Permission fix

Hi HestiaCP team and forum members.
Can you update the file explorer and add fix permission button?
This will be very usefull when you have many sites and sometimes login via root

This button can be fix all files with attributes: owner and group like a command: chown -R user:group /home/web/mysite.com/public_html/*

Filemanger doesn’t support permissions and so on. We have to modify the whole filemanger…
