For those who already want to write an answer, the allow_url_fopen is already set to 1 in php configuration. I have multiple php versions, and using 7.4 as of now. After rebuilding the server and installing 1.4.3 clean the file_get_contents doesnt work, despite the fact that as said, allow_url_fopen is set to 1. Any ideas? Both external and local dont work.
