Forms resetting all the time

I thought it’s only the problem of my WordPress installation, but this also happens with my PHPMyAdmin login form, so this means the problem is global on the server level. After clicking on the “Send” button my form just stays clear, with no error messages. And I cannot log in to PHPMyAdmin or into my WordPress website. I checked on different browsers and the result is the same.

But the Hestia CP login form works well. I just can’t imagine where I should start my research to find the problem…

logfiles. specifically in /var/log/nginx/domains… it sounds like something off with session (saving), so probably related to php settings or permissions.
