I want to install one of the tools, but it is asking to change the permissions. Can someone help me?

Unfortunately not, because I have no experience working with Linux systems. I mean, I am looking for a way to change permissions from the panel.

Unfortunately Hestia doesn’t have that feature, you can’t modify dirs/files perms from the panel.

If you have access via sftp with the user of the domain you want to change perms, you could access to your server via sftp with that user using Filezilla or WinSCP (if you are using Windows) to change the perms.

You could do it also via a terminal using ssh but that is the command line…
