How to allow IP through cli

In my usual work place I restricted the access to Hestia to an IP.
Now I’m visiting another country and cannot access HESTIA.
How can I set/add a new IP through CLI.

nano /usr/local/hestia/data/users/{user}/user.conf and update allow_ip_list
