How to configure HestiaCP / Exim 4 for SMTP Relay (SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, etc)

Thanks for your rapid response but I added the Amazon SES credentials in SMTP relay via the settings but still no luck.

You will need to restore the settings back to original if you have made changes to exim.conf.template

How do you restore exim.conf.template back to default?

Yes except if you have Ubuntu 22.04 or Debian 11 there is a file called Exim.4.94.conf.template in the same folder

Copying the original exim.conf.template from Github and updating my conf in Settings actually worked. My problem is solved is thanks to you.
