How to enable secret url feature for Hestia

Am wonder how can we enable login via secret url to hestia panel like

https://serverhost:8083/?MY-SECRET-URL

i went through code and seems its implemented : https://github.com/hestiacp/hestiacp/blob/main/web/inc/secure_login.php

but there is no how to of it that how to activate the feature

I have the same concern because it is a good security measure for the Hestia CP panel, how could I enable the function?
