How to renew SSL for my domain name before it expires

Hi everyone,

I installed SSL on my domain name via the Hestia panel like so:

Web > Enable SSL for this domain
* Use Lets Encrypt to obtain SSL certificate
* Enable automatic HTTPS redirection
* Enable HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS)

Now, I’ve received an email that the SSL will expire in 4 days. I checked the padlock on my website and found that it’s valid from 4/21/2022 to 7/20/2022.

So, how do I renew it before it expires in 4 days?

v-update-letsencrypt-ssl should update 30 days before the expiry date.

from where did you get that email. obviously it is not the same ssl-cert as the one you see in your browser.

did you check the validity date within hestia? under the domain-settings it’s displayed as well…

if you used letsencrypt/certbot manually before, the mail could be a reminder directly from LE which however is meant for an older cert that you created before (maybe on a different setup/server even).
