how is it possible to use vesta.primary.domain/webmail instead of webmail.customer.domain?
And it will be perfect, to change the Information in the “Credentials” Mail and right to the webui to point to the hestia domain.
Because, if i switch to /webmail, i can be sure that the certificate will be right. Or why does hestia use webmail.customer.domain? It also can be a benefit if you setup mobile clients, which check the Hostname of the server - then you Recieve a Certificate Error.
Hestia uses webmail.customer.domain to provide each domain with its own mail access point, which helps keep services isolated and consistent with the domain’s SSL certificate.
I don’t understand what you mean. In Hestia, you can add a valid certificate for every mail domain you create. You can access webmail from any browser using https://webmail.customer.domain, or configure a mail client to connect to SMTP with TLS/STARTTLS on host mail.customer.domain using ports 465 or 587, or to IMAP with TLS/STARTTLS on host mail.customer.domain using ports 143 or 993.
