I can’t edit nginx files and see web/conf folder with file manager. I use file manager as Admin but so I cant see or edit root permissioned files. Currently ssl certificate is renewed so nginx file converted to default. Currently my sshkeys on my laptop and my laptop is in my home 
I did no backupe them on cloud etc.
Yes that is by design…
You should never update the config files but with the templates Server management — Hestia Control Panel documentation
Then this issue will not happen…
You can add an additional ssh key for the admin user under account settings.
