Issues Receiving Emails from Specific Providers

Hi HestiaCP Support,

I’m experiencing issues with my server rejecting emails from several providers such as MailChimp, Brevo, Sendinblue, and MailerLite. However, I am able to receive emails from providers like Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo without any issues.

It seems that marketing emails from certain channels are being rejected, and I would like to resolve this so I can receive emails from all senders without any blacklist problems.

Could you please assist me in identifying and fixing the issue?

Hi @nazmul47,

The exim log will tell you the reason your server is rejecting the mails from those providers.

The log is here /var/log/exim4/mainlog
