LE renewal one-month prior to LE-expiry

Hello Forum Team,

I need help with LE-expiry/Renewal.

My VPS is on Ubuntu 20.04LTS
HestiaCP is: version 1.3.4

After the recent update to Hestia 1.3.4 I’ve noticed two things.

[1]. Click WEB > Domain

Edit Web Domain Shows;

Domain: h________.com
ALIASES: h________.com,www._________.com
Not before: Apr 4 02:02:03 2021 GMT
Not after: Jul 3 02:02:03 2021 GMT
Signature: sha256WithRSAEncryption
Key: 4096 bit
Issuer: C = US, O = Let’s Encrypt, CN = R3

[2]. Click SERVER > Configure

SSL Shows;

Domain: hs___.h______________.com
Aliases: hs____.h___________.com
Not before: May 6 02:01:19 2021 GMT
Not after: Aug 4 02:01:19 2021 GMT

Key: 4096 bit
Issuer: C = US, O = Let’s Encrypt, CN = R3

According to [#1] above, the cron-job should initiate LE renewal one month prior to “July 3 2021” LE-expiry.

Why renewal has not happened?

When I Click SERVER > LOG

The log is completely empty blank page. There is no log info displayed.

Cron is enables for SSL; and shows sudo /usr/local/hestia/bin/v-update-letsencrypt-ssl

Please assist me to sort out why LE renewal one month prior to “July 3 2021” LE-expiry has not happened?

Thanks

What happens when you run /usr/local/hestia/bin/v-update-letsencrypt-ssl via command line?

I’ll try the command line and get back to you.

Just one quick clarification: I stated that I’m using Hestia Cp 1.3.4: it was a mistake.

The actual Hestia CP is v1.4.3.

I’ll try the command line and get back to you.

Hello, today I have received this error:
Error: Let’s Encrypt nonce request status
In my autorenewal from CRON.

I think this is related with this thread, because it is the first time since I have Hestia a renewal has failed.
Using HestiaCP 1.4.3 too, updated automatically on june 16.
I am not a sysadmin and don’t know if I can paste here some kind of log or code to help, so please let me know what to do.

Thank you in advance.

Check /var/log/hestia/LE-xxxx.log

Hi Eris,

When I run the command: > /usr/local/hestia/bin/v-update-letsencrypt-ssl

It Generates error.

Thefrefore, what I did was; “Disable the checkbox for:” Enable automatic HTTPS redirection > Save

Then run command: > /usr/local/hestia/bin/v-update-letsencrypt-ssl

It was “successful.”

But afterwards, you have to make sure to “Enable the checkbox for:” Enable automatic HTTPS redirection > Save

There still is a problem with LOG;

No record are showing for;
When I Click SERVER > LOG

“LOG PAGE is completely BLANK.”
LOG page record is so useful, it gives a unified view of things that are happening.

How do we fix this LOG PAGE issue?

Thanks

Log page will be fixed with 1.4.4
