I upgraded from Debian 10 to 11 and now simply no email account can log in simply gives output of Failed to log in.

Have you looked at your logs yet?
Found the problem I just /usr/local/hestia/install/common/dovecot/conf.d # cp 10-auth.conf /etc/dovecot/conf.d/10-auth.conf and fixed my issue ! thank you for the reply !
