Update Debian and do not accept the changes from Nginx: and today I received an email with the following subject: MySQL connection error on servpcspa.com
y Mensaje: Can’t connect to MySQL localhost
ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can’t connect to local MySQL server through socket ‘/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock’ (2)

Just ignore it. v-update-sys-rrd-mysql checks every 5 min if mysql is running + fetches some data if not it throws an error…

If so ignore if the server is running. During the upgrade the mysql stops running for a short moment.
