Not receiving email

Hi,

I have setup a mail domain on Hestiacp I can send email no problem but unable to receive email I dont get an error messages anything just dont get it, anybody got any ideas why ? I have check my dns mx as well and every registers as ok.

Any help would be appreciated

What do the logfiles say?

What does I don’t receive mean?

Is it a misconfigured outlook? Maybe you have been banned by fail2ban
Have you tried webmail?
Did you check the logs?
