OpenSSL downgrade is possible?

Is possible downgrade OpenSSL and php openssl?

My config now.

OpenSSL Library Version => OpenSSL 1.1.1g 21 Apr 2020
OpenSSL Header Version => OpenSSL 1.1.1g 21 Apr 2020

But i need openssl 1.0.2g for php.

Basicly yes, but you would probaly need to build php on your own and implement it to work properly with hestia. So it will be on “basicly”, because we cant provide any step by step tutorial how you could do it, this would be something you need to find out on your own.
