Panel is not installed on debian10

can you check if the repository is loaded (/etc/apt/sources.list.d/hestia.list)? Also if it get pulled on a apt update? Should look like this:
Hit:8 https://apt.hestiacp.com bionic InRelease

The release name depends on what you’ve installed.

The repository was added, updated, the same thing during installation.

Installation backup directory: /root/hst_install_backups/311020201126

does not find hestia package how to fix it?

I’ll spin up a test machine here and test the installation.

Thanks, we used debian-10.6.0 from the official debian site.

Could this be related to the hestia repository?
Maybe it’s worth blocking ip?

I just tested the repository, all is working properly:

root@test:~# echo "deb https://apt.hestiacp.com/ buster main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/hestia.list
root@test:~# apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys A189E93654F0B0E5
root@test:~# apt update
root@test:~# apt install hestia hestia-nginx hestia-php

Do you want to continue? [Y/n]

Maybe, the repository is protected with cloudflare. But in case you should also not be able to grab the release file. Can you send me the server ip in a personal message? I’ll give it a check.

Did your commands, all the same problems.

Your ip doesnt seem to be blocked from cloudflare. I’m sorry, but doesnt matter what I try, I can’t reproduce your issue - the repository is working properly - tested from a hetzner vps.

Already tried all the methods, packages are not received.
Let’s try the new debian system, but this one was also new.

maybe some network issue or something else, don’t know.

The rest of the packages are installed from the debian repositories. The machine on which we are installing Hestia is behind NAT, maybe you need to push additional ports for the repository?

Repository works over https, so port 443 is enough . I cant say where your issue is, what I can confirm that it isnt our repository, all is working as expected.

You could try replacing https://apt.hestiacp.com with http://apt.hestiacp.com

@webvp just reported the source of the issue back on pm: He installed x86 by mistake, we do only shop x64 packages by default. So the repository is fine, aswell I’m now sure the installation will go trough aswell .

Thank you all for your help, let’s try it on a new machine with a new debian x64.
I was surprised myself why we were not receiving packages, so we decided to check the system and it was not X64.
By the way, on the hestia website, information about the support of which systems is not indicated like.

The panel installed, the problem was on our Debian system. After installing the new x64 Debian everything worked. Thanks for the help.
