Ok, found the solution this issue “phpmyadmin → page not found”
Will WORK via domain name. (http://cp.mydomain.com/phpmyadmin)
Will NOT work via IP address (https://44.207.26.254/phpmyadmin)

What is the easiest way to hide public access to phpmyadmin?
Remove /etc/apache2/conf.d/phpmyadmin.inc
And create a own template to include the config in phpmyadmin.inc
If you use nginx the file is located in /etc/nginx/conf.d/phpmyadmin.inc
