Why doesn’t the let`s encrypt certificate issue work through the CLI, but it does through the web interface?
The UI triggers the same command, you can check in the sourcecode. Also there are additional logs for letsencrypt which will provide more informations why it fails, check our docs: SSL Certificates and Let's Encrypt — Hestia Control Panel documentation
