Remote Database and Port Questions

  1. Changing default mysql port from 3306 to something else ( is it advisable will there be any bugs?)
  2. Would hestia remote database work with something like digital ocean database service ?
  3. When adding remote database do both servers need their mysql ports open ? & Does the IP Address of the servers have to be added to the API whitelist ?
