Remote FTP Backup fail & Config Issue

Admin / Configure Server / Remote Backup : Create directory operation failed.
Remove directory operation failed.
Error: can’t create /backupfrompdqsoftware/vst.bK76A9SUkt folder on the ftp

  1. Normal (CyberDuck) FTP to the destination server / folder works fine.
  2. Create directory failed / Remove directory failed? I created a Directory on destination server :
    /home/edwardc/web/hostwest.net/backupfolder

Also when attempting to Remove the Remote Backup option (untick box) - it does not remove the remote backup fields and so fails to Save “Configure Server”. So I’m stuck here.

If you create a backup to a hestia user use the full path

/home/user/xxxx/
