I am afraid we need a moment of time to investigate.
what I’d suggest you can try as a workaround, at least if the restore in general works for files and databases etc.:
- go to the old panel and copy the ssl data from each domain (assuming it aren’t hundreds) and copy the text from the boxes
- you can use this to activate ssl on your new instance for the domains WITHOUT ticking the letsencrypt checkbox there, but only pasting the copied text into the three boxes accordingly.
- as the certs are valid this should work without the need to contact the letsencrypt server for a new certificate and you can change your A records later.
- if everything works and the A records are switched you can then simply disable ssl and reactivate again including getting a new letsencrypt cert for each later on
