Restore user + Error: User already exists

Hestiacp 1.3.0 (recent updated )
I restore backup from other server to new server, but recivied this message error.

Where is the problem, I only has a three user the system?

cd /usr/local/hestia/bin
rm v-restore-user
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hestiacp/hestiacp/4787331fc49fd73677362505d3097e9142ce998b/bin/v-restore-user
chmod +x v-restore-user
