Setup wbmail login without domain name

Hi,

I setup a mail domain using hestial cp but I cannot find a way to allow users to use only their usernames as a login, every time they have o login to webmail they have to use [email protected] as the username.
I read some articles about roundcube webmail that allow it by modifying the “mail.inc.php” but when I search the file, that option is missing.

Hace you tried the official Roundcube documentation?

I was editing the wrong file all the time. the location was /var/lib/roundcube/config/config.inc.php.
added line
$config[‘username_domain’] = 'mydomain.com;

after $config[“imap_host”] = “localhost:143”; in the config file fixed it
