spam messages are sent from the client’s mail randomly (like payment invoices etc), how to fix it, anti-virus in the roundcube is enabled, is that possible to fix that?
If he’s using imap / pop make sure he removes the e-mail account to see if it stops. Also, change his password.

Yes, remove the e-mail account from software like Outlook, Thunderbird etc. on both his computer and his phone. So he uses webmail only. Did you change his password?
correction, they had 2 accounts, one from the server and second from google, spam was sent from gmail, not from this server, thanks for the help!
