Tag for CAA entry in DNS

Hello,

My service provider has send me the new entry I should create in DNS: a CAA entry.

He gives me these lines:

Domaine (domain) : go.mydomain.com
Tag : 0
Cible (Value) : issue "amazon.com"

What should I do with the tag value? Should I ignore it, or put it before: issue “amazon.com” ?
