The connect to Mysql is TCP or Unixsocket?

Hi

What is the default connection to Mysql - TCP or Unix socket?

If TCP, I will use Unixsocket with path /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock

If the default is Unixsocket so, I don’t need to change in file wp-config.php

We use by default unix socket
