When I am trying to change any settings through configure server option I am getting these errors. This is a complete new installation.
When trying to configure global smtp setting for whole server - Error: tz file 423 doesn’t exist
When trying to change timezone - Error: tz file 282 doesn’t exist
For most settings it is showing similar error: tz file xxx doesn’t exist.
File number is different for different settings error.

This is the issue it self and if you update any thing it will cause the issue
