Use IP address allow list for login attempts - does not work

I’d like to limit login to Hestia to 3 IPs.
I checked “Use IP address allow list for login attempts” and entered the IPs in the next text box (with comma between them).
Tried to login and succeeded from other IPs (not in the above list).
Where is my mistake?

Did you try login under the same account?

Just tried worked without any problems

I login under admin account in all the trials.
BTW, I reboot the server after saving the IP list.

What do you mean by saved as?
I click the save button which has the following link:

With out spaces? Yes
