V-add-user-wp-cli does not update wp-cli.phar. and hestia upgrades don't update wp-cli.phar. True?

If not, maybe we should add that as an option

It is currently not…

As it owned by the user:

/home/$user/.wp-cli/wp cli update --yes

But we can simple add a feature for it
