Hi @pcready.cl,
Please clear your browser’s cache after applying new theme or alternatively open https://hostname.tld:port/css/active-theme.css and refresh 2-3 times and you’ll be able to see the changes.

i am not sure the version below 1.3
but if on 1.3 there are option to change the theme
check the image as follow
