Clamav is already installed. Just use it to scan.

Warning: If you are want to use ClamAV, your server needs a minimum of 2GB Ram support.

Websites cannot be scanned, right?

By default only email is scanned.

If you want to scan websites you will have to get the definitions for php files and scan them manually
