Why I can't access my server control panel via to my hostname url?

I’m trying to access hestia dashboard via

my.domain.com:8083 but no luck, I’m getting SSL issue, but if via ipv4:8083 I can… let me know what is wrong my settings. thanks

add a valid ssl certificate for the hostname using v-add-letsencrypt-host.
