504 gateway errors

Hi guys, first time posting here. I have my hestia panel set up that I purchased through a group called explodely. They offered a lifetime deal, to which has been working perectly well until the last couple of weeks where the sites have slowed down considerably in their load times to the point they all throw 504 gateway errors.
I’ve reached out to support and haven’t got a response as yet but I was wondering if there is something I can do to fix the issue?
This is a little beyond me but I am a quick learner when I need to be

Err. Before I answer of anyone else answers.

Did you say you bought Hestia Control Panel from someone? Hestia is free and they take donations if one gives. They do not sell.

Whoever this explodely or so is, not sure how much to trust them.

For your issue, can you give more info. Some logs please?

We cant provide support for that case, you probaly need to wait for their support to answer or get the help from a sysadmin.
