i have create a new user give that user role is administrator and package is default. after login by ftp when im try to change the file permission its give me this error.
550 SITE CHMOD command failed.
mean its not allow me to change file permission. whats wrong with it … how to fix it ? please help
What folder do you try to chmod?
its ok … its solve.
it was issue. im upload website files by root access … and try to edit files by other admin user. i think that was the reason i was unable to edit website files.
im make new admin user and then upload files from that admin user panel its worked.
