Im getting access denied on my own website that i have just uploaded to the file manager, is there any fix to this?

Where did you upload your site? I mean, what dir?
Show the output of this command (replace YourUser by the actual user):
ls -la /home/YourUser/web/bergenspeedcubing.org/public_html/
Yous site is in web: https://bergenspeedcubing.org/web/
Move all the contents of web to public_html
