I’m new to Hestia and have just hosted my Nest app on the server. After completing the setup, the site isn’t working, and I’m getting an error. I’ve attached a screenshot can you please take a look? Is this related to file permission?

make sure your file/folder permissions are setup correctly
I looked up for the foogle nest one, but there seems to be several of them, however, 99% turn out to be unrelated after reading.
Also, as I stated initially, it all should be permission error only. Files 0644, folders 0700, is the most common permission stack.

Folders need 0700, unless the goal is to render that branch inaccessible. More specifically, you need the execute bit set for any audience segments that you want to allow to use the folder.

I created an app (Nest.js app) folder outside public_html, but the website isn’t running from that folder. Any idea how to root the app folder and run the nnginx config. The following steps are ones I have already tried:
Next.js app is running properly on port 3000. 
This means the issue is purely with Nginx proxying the requests from domain.com to your Next.js app.
The proper way is to proxy requests from Nginx to your app.
