After I click “Theme Customise” I don’t have access to APPEARANCE SETTINGS, FRONTPAGE SECTION etc, etc… I am not able to change text on the pages (located in the footer menu). Someone can give me some advise please?

If this is to much for you to link on an admin pannel probally Opensource is not right for you…
I suppose you are talking about Hestia, a Wordpress theme… then you are not in the right place, this community is related to Hestia Control Panel.
