I have two IP choices to choose from when adding domain. One is the Digital Ocean server IP, the other one is generated by the Hestia Panel: 10.46.0.7
In what circumstance would I choose the 10.46.0.7 internal IP?
Never. It is de the internal IP created during the installation by Digital Ocean. It used for for remapping the IP address so technically you can run multiple server with 1 public IP incase of high end applications and share the same address.
It is also used in home networks so you can share one IP with multiple persons…
