Did you modify templates before updates? Have you tried rebuilding and check the generated template file and check the path.
See if you have a new index.html file on public_html.
no i didn’t modify anything
and i am even unable to access phpmyadmin

Do you have your website files there? Is it a Wordpress sites or something else? See if there’s anything inside the logs. Try to rebuild the user/web. Try to create a new website and see if it’s working.

i installed a new fresh wordpress website but it’s still showing the same success page
in the log files i got this

and there is nothing in error logs of wordpress
Create a test index.html and see if it’s working.
i tried it but it’s not even rendering index.html

Are you sure you’re working on the same server? Your DNS/IP is currently setup? Try to shutdown the server and see if the success page is available.
yes it’s the same server, yes server is up and running from around past 5 months
it suddenly happens when i updated my server and so far we have not been able to identify the problem , and ya i rebooted the server many times but the issue still persists
