Alpha version of 1.9: Access keys not appearing when editing admin

Hello,

I have installed alpha version 1.9 on Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS. Everything went well, but I can’t see the tab for Access Keys for the admin user. Might it be related to the admin not having admin as username?

I went to the system security settings and enabled API access for all users (but not preferable), and it now appears.

Another is issue is that I added custom permissions in /usr/local/hestia/data/api/ but they do not appear when adding Access keys.
